I’ve used this company twice over the years and they have always taken care of me. I had what turned out to be a capacitor go bad on my old package unit and no one wanted to touch it. I know it was an old unit, but I needed it to just get me by until I could replace it, but everyone else was trying to sell me a new unit. Well, Jeff Bennett sent his son Tyler out and within minutes my a/c was working! It lasted several years until my electric bill started going through the roof and it was on its last leg again. My gosh this business deserves much better reviews, professional, honest, kind and FAST. Fixed the main problem right away. I've only had to call on em twice, once years ago and this year when the power outage took out my compressor for the final time, same day I called em they came by. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg or or recommend replacing the whole unit right away, tried one other company before them and kept charging me to wiggle the wires and do nothing didnt really fix the issue, then finally wanted to charge me a ton of money to replace the unit.
