The front office staff is always so friendly and welcoming.This was probably one of the best cleaning appointment experience I have ever had. Natalie was gentle yet thorough. Wonderful, dental practice!

0-1 STAR-Definitely not for the billing department and front desk that talk down to you about the billing when in part they are the ones not doing their job correctly. They said I had a balance and after confirming with my insurance they now have me having a credit that was because they already overcharged me.
I've been a patient at Champions Gate Dentistry for multiple cleanings and fillings, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The team here is incredibly kind and helpful, making every visit as smooth as possible. I have extreme dental anxiety due to past traumatic events, but the staff always goes above and beyond to put me at ease. They take the time to explain everything and ensure I'm comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Champions Gate Dentistry to anyone, especially if you're someone who struggles with dental anxiety. They truly care about their patients!
