Sent my mother in law to the Front St. office for a cracked tooth. The website was difficult to book, it froze before confirming, then later got confirmation through email. The dental work was adequate, but the office staff is terrible. When my mother in law arrived she was basically ignored for several minutes, when she presented her insurance card the girl said thank you, nothing more. Mom was charged $150 for her visit. When I called about the billing, I was told by Erica that Mom never presented her info. When I informed her they had given it to the receptionist, Erica first implied that Mom was lying. I am a new patient and my dental insurance stinks so I am limited as to which dentist I can see. This dental office is run like an almost out of business McDonalds. When you schedule a new patient visit, they do not tell you that you need a SEPARATE appointment for the cleaning. This is nuts. At my first appointment, I waited 40 minutes for a dentist to look briefly at my teeth. The hygienists and dentists look miserable, like they hate being there. Their goal seems to be to do the most x-rays possible to get the bill higher. If you have the option with your insurance, do yourself a favor and go somewhere better
