I've had to take my cat in twice, including once for an overnight observation stay, and this place is amazing. Everyone cares so much, and are warm and friendly, which is much needed when dealing with a sick pet. They always pick up the phone right away and never got annoyed at me calling regularly to check on my cat.
The vet examined my cat on the floor versus the table, which was smart and increased my cat's comfort. They also actually gave her a cardboard box when they saw she was hiding in her litter box!! This team was amazing during a terrible time. My cat,Snoopy, ended up having a blood clot and unfortunately by the time that we made it to the office he only lived an hour. They tried everything they could but we couldn’t save him. Everyone was so patient and caring while we were there. When I went to pick up his ashes we were greeted with the same compassion. And today I just received a thinking of you card signed by everyone…which made me cry again. But just wow what an amazing team. I hope I don’t need them again any time soon but I will always recommend them to others.
One morning my dog was not herself I went into panic mode my vet was not in office to see her. The office staff recommended this hospital if any emergency happened and so it did I immediately rushed to call them they said bring her right in got in my car and rushed over before I can even get to the door staff members were holding and opening all doors for me, put my little old lady Chihuahua on oxygen and took my wife and I to a separate room to explain it all to get a plan going. The doctor came in he was very sweet and kind talking to us he actually never mentioned to put her down he was willing to help and make a plan unfortunately I had to make the toughest decision...read full review
