Shannon from Ramb’s Appliance was absolutely fantastic. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue with both our washer and dryer. You can tell right away that he is a true expert and really knows his craft. He was professional, efficient, and confident in explaining exactly what was going on and how to fix it.
I’m honestly not sure why this company has any bad reviews because our experience was terrific from start to finish. If you want someone knowledgeable and dependable, I highly recommend Ramb’s Appliance, and especially Shannon!
Tony did an excellent job in replacing the motor to our dishwasher. He did it quickly and efficiently. He certainly is a pro at what he does. We will request him back to do any further appliance repairs.
Ramb's Appliance was great. Our Speed Queen Dryer was not working, and they got a Tech out here, Andre. He saw the problem and they ordered parts. Shannon and Damien came out when the parts came in and had the dryer running in no time at all.. All 3 of the Techs were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable at their job. They were awesome, and so was Ramb's. 5 Stars ... Gary
