I appreciate your response however, this has never happened to her before. The fact is, something more than the BS response via text I received should have been offered. I asked what product was used during the installation....no response. I asked if there was anything that can be done...questioned ignored.

Being new to this area, my daughter and I have had a hard time finding a good stylist. After many attempts, I decided to give Couture Salon a try. I can say I struck gold with Jasmine. Excellent customer service! Great expertise! I appreciate having the one on one attention, unlike some stylists that work on multiple clients at once. It made my whole experience quick and fabulous!The icing on the cake is that she also makes wigs.Services: Hairstyling

I had a very, VERY awful experience with a braider that worked here in January of 2022. Yesterday night, the braider threatened to harass me to the point of suicide (I have a history of mental health problems), made fun of my deceased grandmother, and then threatened to murder me. I wish I could say I would return, but I think I'm too scared to even drive near it. It's a shame, the owner was nice and was just as confused as I was last year.

I have been coming to this establishment for almost 2 years. I get a silk press. My hair is natural, healthy and has gone crazy with growth.I am always getting compliments. Nikki is always ready and I am in and out with in the hour. Salon decor is definately clean, bright and welcoming. The other stylist are warm and friendly, always smiling. There styles This place is a stand out keeper, for me. Thank you to my sisters.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cece today. She did an amazing job with my silk press; first time I fell asleep while washing my hair (it’s a good thing) She was professional, yet courteous and friendly. Appointment was at 2pm and I was taking exactly on time; no ridiculous wait. I will definitely return.
