“My mom went in to get my brand new glasses fixed my lenses were falling out and the lady here was super super kind and nice!!!! Even gave us a new glasses case, new cleaning kit, fixed my glasses all for free! This place I HIGHLY recommend!”
“I had an emergency situation sent from the ER with a scratched cornea, and the team here was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they treated my situation with urgency and care, which immediately put me at ease.
They quickly assessed my eye, explained exactly what was going on in a way I could understand, and walked me through each step of the treatment. They performed a thorough exam, checked for any deeper damage, and made sure I was properly treated to prevent infection and reduce pain.
What really stood out was how attentive and reassuring they were during such a stressful moment.
I’m so grateful for how efficiently and professionally they handled everything. If you ever have an eye emergency, this is absolutely the place you want to go.”
“I can’t thank the team at this location enough. I came in today dealing with more than enough complications with my eyes, and because of some unfortunate circumstances, it looked like I wasn’t going to be able to get my glasses.
Thankfully, Joyce went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before I left. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help truly made all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did.
Gabby and Elsa were both wonderful during my exam, making the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. Alex was also fantastic in helping me choose my glasses and making sure everything was taken care of.
From start to finish, everyone treated me with genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to come across a team that works together so well and truly puts their patients first. Thank you all for turning what could have been a stressful day into such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location!”
