I am beginning a new side hustle and needed multiple species of exotic wood in board form. They have a fantastic selection on the web page (too far away to visit in person for me) and fair prices. I ordered over a dozen boards. My delivery arrived Monday but I was unable to inspect it until Friday when I found a board missing due to package damage. I emailed the company and sent them a picture of the damaged box. Within a day my replacement was on the way! No BS sales, shipping, and customer service!!
