I had an emergency leak in the wall from my shower valve, and Water Works Plumbing came to the rescue! I called in the morning, and they were at my house within just a few hours. The plumber quickly found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had it fixed the same day. The price was fair, the work was clean, and the service was outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that responds so fast and treats you right, but Water Works Plumbing did exactly that. Highly recommend!
As new residents to our neighborhood we needed a plumber to do some minor hookups. Brad was referred to us and he did a great job. He was in and out in no time, checking to be sure the hookups were working properly. But I also pointed out my concern about the age the water heater. He confirmed my suspicions and had his technician Jamie here to replace it in two days. Being new to the neighborhood and buying a house that needed some attention, it is great to already have someone we can rely on in the future. Thank You Brad and Jamie
Water Works is an excellent company to work with. Boyd N. always responds immediately to any request I make and they never over charge for the work they do. He communicates what he found, if he needs to return and when the work is complete. One of the better vendors I deal with in SWFL and I deal with MANY.
