very clean, nice staff, take good care of relatives. I would go here for myself. They have handicap parking and let me wait in lobby, very comfy chairs. Couldn't find remote for tvs. Pretty quiet when I went, not too chaotic. If you need to make a phone call to update on health status, they had let me do so.
This Robert Grout doing a second review to explain how thorough this location and social worker was for me...I've been struggling with homelessness and was assigned a social worker by the name of Yeney Ruiz and she was so involved with making sure that I received the care that I needed, that she even does visits to makes sure that I'm ok and in good health.. If you are a veteran facing a homeless situation in Lee county Fla I urge you to contact the Homeless Outreach Coordinators and THEY WILL make sure that you get the treatment that you require and they will follow through to make sure you meet your goals!!
Thank you again Yeney and The V.A. on diplomat in cape coral...read full review
I've only been to a few VA clinics across the country, but this one is without a doubt one of the largest and nicest. Everyone is very professional, and the staff is very helpful.
Most of the staff are veterans and so it's easy for them to relate to us and understand how we communicate our needs.
I would definitely recommend any of my veteran brothers and sisters who move down this way to look into getting their treatment and care there.
-Duty first, service always.
