I have been coming here for 16 years both Jackie and Tracy are the best. If you have a problem they always make sure they fix it and you can come back and they take care of it. I wouldn't be with them so long if they weren't good at what they do.
Tracey is great! However the place is so far from relaxing because of the loud obnoxious Spanish speaking workers. On the phone while doing your nails, no care for the guest. I feel bad for the ladies who have worked there for years it seems the place is going down hill with a lack of customer care.
The manager always does my nails and Iām always very pleased and satisfied. She is so creative, she is really an artist at what she does. She is so artistic, I am very pleased I will recommend this place and recommend for you to ask for the manager if needed. Happy holidays š
