We just moved to the area. Amy is fantastic at what she does and connects with your little ones. To me, they are not "dogs" they are four-legged kids. When my two go to her happily, that makes any momma and aunt feel good. She also does other things such as boarding as well.

Super great. I needed a new groomer for my mother's poodles, Annie and Poobie. I've nearly erased the memory of the disaster that their last groomer provided, so I won't revisit that. Happily, this was a terrific experience for me and the dogs, from reservation to "Thank you. Goodbye." The proprietress (I will get her name next time) is an enthusiastic animal lover and personality. The kind of person who just makes you smile even when the day isn't going well. Like today. I was running late. My other appointments had put me behind. But, the owner was adaptable and easily accommodated my tardiness. (But, try not to be late. It's rude.) The girls were a little nervous but I could tell they were in kind and professional hands. They were ready a few hours later and looked great. (I am going to get them onto more of a schedule so they don't get so matted. That curly poodle hair, you know.) The price - I'm afraid if I say how surprised I was at the price, she might raise them. But, I was surprised. I've spent more for me and two sons at Supercuts. Well, close. But, the price seemed very reasonable. And, Supercuts doesn't do nails and glands. My overall experience at Upscale Tail was one of those rare and nice ones that just makes you feel good about people and the world. And, the girls are radiant with newfound confidence. Thank you. H.

Amy is an amazing and sweet women that took care of my dog Mo. She genuinely loves animals. He came in with a sad shave job that I tried to give him and she fixed him right up! He is now a very clean and cool puppy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs to have a pup cut and cleaned!
