It was such a great experience working with Sunset Pools from start to finish! We got several bids for the pool design we had in mind - Sunset Pools was by far the most fair, honest, and professional. Rob was extremely supportive and answered every question along the way. Cathy was informative, communicative, and gave us a schedule of dates that were met on time, every time. Max did a great job coordinating all of the subs & the entire construction process. The subs did solid, efficient work and left a clean site once they were finished. The entire project was completed in a timely manner and we really never had an issue along the way! Update after install: A couple snags with pool equipment location but Sunset made it right. Big thanks to Max, Jason, and Rob for being on top of things. These guys are real professionals. Still don’t appreciate having to hire externally for the gas work.
Great process from quoting to completion and all throughout. Rob our designer gave us a fair price, was patient with us, helped us through the permitting process, and was a great resource throughout. Cathy in the office gave us a detailed schedule and kept us updated with changes. Max the supervisor kept an eye on progress and checked on any potential issues.
