I don't know much about Sunset in general. The only person I've dealt with is the nurse who comes to my home to change my mom's ostomy bag twice a week. From what I can tell, her work seems great and she treats my mom well. However, the nurse is prone to getting rude with me. First time was when I was in bed resting due to being sick. The nurse apparently texted me to set up a time for her to come over, but I did not hear the notification. She texted a couple of comments about not being happy that I did not respond. I can't say good enough things about the care my mother-in-law received from Sunset Home Health Services.
