Don't know why, but I thought that once my initial pool warranty was over, I'd have to contact a Hayward authorized repair company. I found one on Hayward's website, and have been dealing with this company since last Fall. Our pool light wasn't working, nor our spa light. This company came out and changed the pool light, and the spa light, and while they were at it they would change out the bubbler lights. They couldn't get the bubbler lenses (or what they called rings) off. They said they needed to get the new rings from Hayward, and that these rings were on backorder.
