You both understood my concern in getting the best, high quality re-roof. Your young salesman, ***********************, impressed me with his professional and good attitude. We worked out a good proposal for a re-roof for my home that would get the approval of my insurance carrier. He let me know that the re-roof would meet all of the ******* building codes and requirements. I appreciate the great support that both of you and ****** gave me during the whole re-roof process. Your entire office staff worked as a team to help me. Mekenzie answered my questions whenever I needed help. She gave me excellent and outstanding customer service consistently. We are so happy we used Roof RX to do our roof. During the months it took to get our insurance money for hurricane roof damage, we vetted a lot of roofing companies. We chose Roof RX. They hit all our markers - price, reliability, respectful (especially to property). They did a super job from start to finish. We highly recommend Roof RX.
We finally got the settlement for our Roof from hurricane Ian in December 2023. We called several roofing contractors at that point to get some estimates. When I called Roof RX, I got a call back within two minutes from Matt Seeler, and he offered to come by. He came by that same day and gave us an estimate on our roof, which was lower than any of the other estimates we received. He was also extremely patient throughout the selection process and did not push or try any high-pressure sales.
