I can't say enough great things about the Pool Network. We worked directly with Eduardo and he was wonderful! So responsive and was able to handle ever item that came up. He even worked with me closely on a few changes I made throughout the project. Exceptional customer service. We worked the closest with Eduardo but the whole team that worked on our project were wonderful!

I had a Pool Heater installed today and I could not be happier with the results! The communication from this company is awesome. Got multiple text messages from them leading up to the appointment and the Tech arrived early! He would not leave until I was comfortable with operating my new high-tech heater! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Happy with the service that was provided but there was a lack of communication during the process. Just requested service to repair my pool heater so I hope the communication is better. Overall satisfied with how quick they solved my problem with my pool pump.
