Again John and Andy did a very good job getting my pool cleaned and my pump motor replaced. Of course, “everyone needs everything” after damage from a hurricane, so patience is necessary when resources or parts are scare. Thanks again Penguin Pools.

I needed warranty service for a pool pump that died. Penguin Pools was absolutely swamped, servicing people who had sustained hurricane/flooding damage. Although there were some delays, everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The Company Owners took care of the warranty claims process, ordered the replacement pump, and one of them saw to the prompt installation of the new pump. I can recommend them without reservation.

Our pool pump stopped working! Penguin pools has been my go-to pool service for any equipment failure. I just do not have the knowledge or training to diagnose the problem or to make repairs. Thank goodness the team at Penguin was there. John came out and took care of the problem as usual. We are up and running!
