Called for emergency plumbing after I found a leak on April 15th. It was after hours and I explained it was an emergency. It’s been almost 2 weeks (tomorrow) and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back.

The company I work for, Nortrax had Mr Rooter"Ft.Myers" come to fix our ladies room stool. Mind you there is only one ladies room in the building. The day after they were here to fix our stool it broke again. So, the next day a tech "Mark" came to fix it but said he had a family emergency & had to leave. Stated that he would have Mr Rooter send us a quote by the end of the day to get it fixed. Heard nothing for several days.So we called again asking if they wrre coming back or sending us a quote. The next day we finally received the quotes. That same day we called to let them know the quote was fine to schedule it as soon as possible. They scheduled it for 11/22/17...read full review

They got the job done and did a good job but that is after rescheduling 3 times and then they finally came to look at it and said they would be there the next day and didn’t show then the plumber and the company both called me and scheduled different times then he still ended up being 3 hours late the next day, then after completing the job he said he would come back later and drain snake us for free but never showed up.
