Lee Health Adult Primary Care - Bimini Square is a modern and clean medical facility that offers quality healthcare services. The clinic features a state-of-the-art environment and is known for its friendly staff and quick radiology services. Patients appreciate the exceptional care provided by the doctors and nurse practitioners, with some highlighting their thoroughness and genuine concern for health concerns. One patient shared a positive experience with a doctor who listened carefully and conducted appropriate testing, feeling truly cared for during their visit. However, the clinic's parking and drop-off area pose some challenges. The entrance is off a major street, and it can be difficult to access the parking lot, especially since the signage is limited and does not clearly direct visitors. The signage inside the parking garage can also be confusing, requiring a U-turn once inside. Receptionists were noted as being somewhat aloof, with limited eye contact and a feeling of being processed rather than welcomed. Overall, despite some logistical issues, the facility's modern amenities, attentive healthcare providers, and efficient communication through tools like MyChart make it a recommended choice for primary care needs.
The clinic itself is modern and clean. Pulling in can be a bit difficult because you come off a major street, pull into a building parking lot (not a street), and if you miss it you only have one chance to turn into a side street bc once you go over the canal a U turn is required.
The receptionists were a little on the aloof side. No eye contact, requested documents like I had just joined the military, and gave the general feeling I was just a number to be processed.
The doctor and technology was all exceptional!
I'll start with the bad: The drop off/pick up area is a nightmare. The only sign on Cape Coral Pkwy says Parking Garage. If you're dropping off/picking up you don't want to go into the parking garage. It says nothing about said area UNTIL you are in the garage. Even then it says nothing about being able to drive THROUGH the building. Hopefully, they get new signage before they get super busy.
Now the good stuff: beautiful, state of the art facility. Friendly people, quick & easy radiology. I definitely recommend but couldn't give 5☆ when I had problems with drop off/pick up.
At 28 years old I am often not taken seriously by doctors I visit with valid health concerns. They typically reference my age and downplay the symptoms I have and don’t investigate. That was not the case with Dr. Diaz Regalado, for the first time I felt like someone genuinely cared about my health, he took the time to listen to all my concerns, gave appropriate testing, and saw through my issue. I will use him as my doctor as long as he is around the area. Thank you for the outstanding care.
