Let me start off by saying I was there early the morning of April 8th before they opened the lane was already long and the people were complaining about the staff inside so being from a different state I was thinking the worst however once they opened the line moved pretty quickly we got inside and got are number. There was someone walking around helping people out making sure they had the right paperwork they needed and I thought that was very helpful. When my number was called I was sent to station number one and was greeted by Michelle who was in a great mood and was very polite and helpful and helped me work through everything I needed to get done coming from up north and hearing people talk outside it wasn’t what I was expecting overall it was the best experience bye far that I have had with a dmv thanks to Michelle my day started off way better than I thought it would we need more people like her working in the dmv
Arcadio, was the representive who helped me with my license reinstatement . We had waited an hour and half ,no appt, and once called Arcadia was very effecient and courteous to work with. He did a awesome job and made a stressful event very pleasing and simple. Employees like Arcadio are a true asset to the Tax Collectors office in Cape Coral and every effort should be made to insure people like him are recognized and rewarded.

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My appointment was at 9:10 and I was out the door by 9:35. Very quick, polite professional and respectful. The DMV is never a fun place to go to, but she made the experience enjoyable.
