About Lee Convenient Care - Pine Island Rd
Lee Convenient Care - Pine Island Rd offers a welcoming and friendly environment for patients. Many reviews highlight the exceptional care provided by the staff, including attentive doctors and knowledgeable physician assistants. Patients have experienced minimal wait times, often being seen quickly, and have praised the staff for their helpfulness and kindness. The front desk personnel, both at the urgent care center and on the second floor, have been described as some of the friendliest encountered in a doctor's office. While the quality of medical care is consistently recognized, there are concerns regarding recent changes in insurance acceptance, particularly with laboratory services, which some patients found disappointing. Despite this, individual healthcare providers, such as Dr. Aguilera and P.A. Morgan Colagiovanni, received high praise for their thoroughness and attentiveness, especially when addressing patient concerns. Overall, Lee Convenient Care is noted for its prompt service and compassionate staff, making it a reliable choice for both adults and children seeking medical attention.

I have had 2 visits here so far, and found the front desk people down stairs in the urgent care center were very helpful directing me to the second floor where to go to see my primary physician. The people on the 2nd floor at the front desk were also very friendly. Probably the most friendly I've ever experienced in a doctor's office. My doctor. Dr. Aguilera was very attentive and seem to care about listening to me and answering any my questions or concerns, as well as not feeling rushed. I have also seen the psychologist they have, Brenda, and she was also very friendly and I had a great experience with everyone i encountered there.
You won't believe this! Last night about 6:00 PM, my right eye started bothering me and draining. I was freaking out bc I knew that today was Christmas Eve and I really wanted to be able to spend it with my family and grandchildren. So I tried calling my ophthalmologist. The message said to leave a message or call the Dr. directly. I did both and nobody called me back. So I got up early today and tried the office again, even though I doubted they would be there. Next, the primary doctor. They had a service call but I decided to go to Lee Convenient Care instead. By the time i got there the other eye was just as red. Check in was a breeze and the friendly receptionist made me feel more relaxed. I was called in by the nurse literally 20 minutes after arriving. I explained my problem and another young woman did a Covid, Flu etc. swab in a jiffy. The nurse practitioner came in and was so kind and listened to want was bothering me. She wrote two scripts and hopefully that will get me feeling better. Kind, caring and total reassuring was my experience this morning at the convenient care. I didn't get into all the gritty details, but wanted to share my positive experience with you! Thank you Lee Convenient Care and happy Holidays!
