My family and I have been using Kirkwood for years. They’ve done the electrical work for our homes after the flooding in Ian, Helene and Milton.
I had an emergency shut off today by LCEC and I immediately called Kirkwood Electric. Susanna (I’m sorry if this is incorrect), answered and was able to assist me and was able to bear with me in my frantic state of thought. She said she would get with Ashley and see how soon they can get techs out to me and understood I was worried about my animals.

I have to give this company 5 stars or more. Half of the electric in my home was going off for hours at a time and then come back on. Throughout the day and night. There were other electric companies that came out to look and give estimates. They looked at the electric panel and right away said that was the problem and it needed to be replaced. It was very old. So I got that. But when Lance from Kirkwoid electric came out he too said the electric panel needed to be replaced, but what he did that no one else did was he went outside and checked the main wires coming from the meter to the house and determined that the problem was there. Derek did a great job to fix my breakers here in Cape Coral Fl vary fast service he responded in one hour and fixed the breakers in less then one hour! 5 stars
