Healthy Home Inspections

We had issues with mold in our villa in Fort Myers, FL. Healthy Home Services came highly recommended to us by the President of our Association, Mike Reeves. I called and spoke with Troy Thornhill and had a good conversation with him. This was the first time we have had to deal with a mold situation since first coming to Florida in 1997. Troy explained what their company did and how they would go about helping us to identify and resolve our mold issue. Trent Fly was the technician that came out to our villa on November 4, 2025. He was here for 2 hours. Trent did a great job with taking pictures and explaining to us what he was doing and why.

Healthy Home Inspections was 5 star all the way around. They were very professional and inspected everything they said they would plus more. Magnus was the person to come inspect my new home build. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer any questions I had about this or that. Would highly recommend this company for any of there services.
