I had an emergency 2times this week, the first time very quick reaponse and solved. Second time , it was after hours , I left a message and they CALLED back past the after hours service , past 9pm.!
That WAS GREAT! I have been using their services for a LONG time and have no complaints .
Great experience with Vinny today. I had a challenge with the clarity of my water. He was very patient with me. He explained the details of how the RO systems works and what could be causing the issue. He was respectful and personable the entire time he was here. We have used H2O Systems in the past and they have always been professional and honest, this time was no different. The technician, John, arrived on time, replaced a pressure switch, checked connections and pressure tank without additional costs, explaining the process to me. I would definitely recommend H2O Systems.
