The seam at the lanai and the main body of house leaked and the seam was caulked and haven’t had hard rain yet but so far no leak.The gentleman that worked on it was very informative on how he repaired it. I would recommend your company to anyone in search of roof repair or replacement.
Did a nice job. I had a roof tune up on a 5,000 sq ft metal roof, replaced worn out screws, resealed all vents. seams and two cracked skylight replaced. They did an excellent job, all work was completed in one day, very professional and a fair price from a company that is local.
