I have been going to Dr Madonna and like her very much. I purchased glasses last year with no problem. This year I thought I would go back to trifocals which I have worn in the past. The first pair I could not read using the bifocal portion of the glasses. They repositioned the correction position but I still cannot read without lifting the glasses off my nose. I asked them to make me another pair of plain bifocal glasses and forget the trifocal, however they said it would cost me another $150. I returned the glasses to them today and requested a refund since I cant see using them. They refused and again stated they can make me another pair at a cost to me. I have processed a dispute with my credit card company but I want any future customers to beware ordering glasses from this office. I may be out $450 and no glasses.Addendum: They have offered to try to make this right with another pair of bifocals without cost.

Outstanding service from the moment you walk in the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was easy to get an appointment on very short notice. Dr. Heather is absolutely the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care. I didn't get the young lady technicians name, but she is a credit for the remarkable services received prior to the Doctor exam . Great business. Best in SW Florida!Charlie B.

My daughter had a great visit here. She doesn't have the best eyesight and was nervous going to a new eye doctor but all her fears were put to rest. They made her feel welcomed and walked her through the entire exam. The doctor was very knowledgeable and warm. My daughters prescription went up, I thought she would take it negatively but she took it like a trooper. She looks forward to her next visit.
