Wow! I can’t recommend Florida Window Geeks enough. They just installed 12 windows, 5 doors and a transom and they did a fabulous job! Nathan was a great salesperson with strong attention to detail and we felt like we got a good deal with the promise of price matching. The installation crew Zack and Gabriel were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Their meticulous attention to detail ensured that every window and door fit perfectly. They worked out in the scorching temps and well into the evenings to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Best installers ever! They left our home exactly like they found it only with better impact windows! We are still waiting on our hurricane roll down shutter and two aluminum shutters but are so happy with the job so far!!!
Florida Window Geeks installed accordion shutters on all our windows and lanai. The price was fair and the shutters look amazing. Our sales rep, Marcus, was great and the installers (especially Taylor) really went the extra mile. 10/10, highly recommend.
I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Florida Window Geeks. The owner, Joe, was so kind to respond to a post I made on Cape Coral’s community Facebook page asking for help on an issue I was experiencing with one of my windows. He never tried to sell his services, but instead just offered “neighborly” help trying to guide me in the right direction. Heck, I did not even know he owned Florida Window Geeks until I asked if he could recommend any local companies that could help with the needed repair. Joe immediately took ownership of my issue and was able to contact the window manufacturer and order the replacement part needed to fix my window! The exceptional service did not stop there, the office staff was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, from scheduling and confirming the repair appointment to following-up after. The technician showed up as promised, was very friendly and professional!
