About Elo Roofing
Elo Roofing is a roofing company that has received mixed feedback from customers. Many reviews highlight the company positively. Customers report that the roofers were great and did an excellent job, keeping the yard clean. One customer was very satisfied with the new roof and felt they could not have had it without the help and patience from a staff member who worked wonders with the mortgage company. Another customer praised a project manager for communicating quickly and professionally and making sure everything happened as it should. A customer highly recommends Elo Roofing for reroofing a home in a timely manner for a reasonable cost, with staff keeping them informed as the job progressed and returning phone calls. The clean up before finishing was described as excellent. Other reviews mention a representative who was very professional and honest and got the job done without any issues, and a crew that was quick, courteous and cleaned around the home. However, one customer was very disappointed because other things were supposed to be done, like ceiling fans, lights, gutters, soffit and fascia, but they were never done, and other companies had to be hired to finish the work.
Reviews
We used ELO Roofing for our roof tear off / replacement after Hurricane Ian hit the Cape Coral area. They did a wonderful job and Billy Gieck was fantastic all the way from the up front meetings to the finished product! I wish every contractor we had to deal with right now was as easy to work with as these guys were. From the office / e-mail correspondence to the people doing the install.... all were prompt, polite, attentive, answered all my questions and then some. Billy was there for us throughout the entire process... he was also on the job site during tear off and install. When the wrong color shingles were delivered, he was on it immediately and new shingles there extremely fast. Offered help when insurance company was non-responsive. Pricing was competitive and roof looks great!
Definitely Recommend!! THANK YOU!!
The roofers were great. Excellent job, kept the yard clean. Very satisfied with the new roof. I could not have had the new roof of it was not for the help and patience from Ms Macy. I owe her a debt of gratitude. Ms. Macy worked wonders with the mortgage company. She is a asset to your company. Also hat's off to John Okeefe for his help. Another asset to your company. Thank you for a great job. I would recommend ELO roofing to anyone
