I called everywhere looking for a remnant carpet to cover the steps in my home. Just needed a small piece 3‘ x 4‘. I was driving down Pine Island Road, To my right, I noticed a carpet store. Didn’t notice it was Direct Flooring I had called previously. I entered the store, I asked a gentleman named James, if he had any remnant carpet 3’x 4’. He said, you’re the guy that called earlier, and I said we had none. He then said, but it’s your lucky day. Good Karma. Later, while I was in the back room, I noticed one lonely roll, 5‘ x 9‘. Unlike dealing with a box store with poor customer support, I was able to discuss my need with James and finalized a purchase in a short amount of time. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will return when the need arises again.

I walked in Friday morning told James I needed I'm 30 minutes later I had it at home. Absolutely amazed at the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I definitely won't go anywhere else from now on for any of my flooring needs. I just can't say enough things about them. This is how every business in America should operate.
