Nippy Air is fabulous! Any time we've called they've answered the phone and when it's something they have to check into and get back to us, they do. Our AC went out on a Saturday night and they were here first thing Monday to get it fixed. I've only spoken to Evelyn and Tim when I've called; very nice and their technicians courteous an professional. Thank you for all being true professionals!

We had a split A/C unit installed in our garage. Everyone was was pleasant and informative about the products available for my needs. They were very flexible with my timeline and got back to me via email quickly. We made an appointment, the team showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. They explained how the remote worked and answered all my questions. Very polite gentleman made easy work getting around my crowded garage. Will absolutely recommend for all your HVAC needs
