I had a great experience with Certified Property Inspections. I had them do a roof inspection on my house back in July after I had a new roof installed. They were on time and Professional. I called them last Friday to get their opinion because I noticed that when its really windy outside that it sounds like metal is banging all around the house. I spoke with Jason and he came out within an hour to come take a look. He didnt have to do that, he could have told me to call the roofers. I was so impressed, and I am so grateful he came out. The home inspection was very thorough. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in reviewing the findings of the inspection with me. Could not have had a better experience.

Jason came right out to the address provided and did a complete and thorough pre-drywall inspection. I was impressed with his report. I will be using him again on final walk through.
