We had an emergency situation where we needed a room installed fast. Dave and Carlos came down and gave me a great price and a perfect install job in a very fast time frame. We will be using Carpet Concepts again for the rest of our installs.

I wish I could give less than a one star rating. We spoke with Jeff and asked for an experts opinion on which flooring is best for a family with pets, and he told us there is no difference - quoted us near 7 grand for a small less than 900 SF house. Looking at the estimate there were charges that I didn’t understand, I spoke with a few other floor places and they also stated they were charging us for things we didn’t need, over charging at that as well as charging us tax on labor... which may I add is illegal. I’m very disappointed. The owner Jay came recommended to us and now my friend is embarrassed for sending us there. Such a shame.
