After years of using this coming it was amazing always. Impeccable service. We moved and put in st augustine at a new address. Unfortunately the employee that came to our house was not a good representative of this company. Instead of calling the owner I tried another company who wanted our business. My fault 💯. I was busy and did not want that guy touching my yard. I should have called and told them of the interaction with him. Years later after 2 different bad companies I reached out and explained everything. I highly recommend this company if you need pest control. We were having issues with ants in our backyard that were coming in the house, and they were able to visit us and provide treatment within a few days. We haven't had any bug problems since then. The price also ended up being even lower than what they initially quoted me. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well.
Purchased my home in 2021, called for pest control based on inspection. Gunner came out and checked for pests, placed bait boxes around the house and even put in a large trap in the attic! He came back several times over four weeks to check the traps. Recently called to have bait boxes refilled due to new houses being built around me, once again Gunner came to the rescue! I highly recommend this company. Professional and fair priced!
