Joe is the best he talked us through things we could try first. When it ended up being the fan motor he called every where to find the out of stock part. The service man Jose worked very hard in the heat and answered all our questions. He even tested it was back working!! I trust Joe he is honest and runs a honest business.Service: A/C system repair
I should first state I don't really ever give out 5 stars so you really gotta change my life or teach me something I didn't know to earn that. With that said. Here is an honest review.From the start, I was a little apprehensive, after there was no answer to the phone number between 9-10 am. I did not leave a message. However, I received a call back less than an hour later from someone who called themselves Joe. They asked if I still needed service, I explained the situation and he said Marsha would call me soon and get me in the list. I received a call within a reasonable amount of time and was scheduled for 12-4pm the same day. The service tech was polite and courteous....read full review
