We had Nikki out twice to get to the root of a very complicated issue, and whereas every other plumber had shrugged their shoulders, she had the perseverance to discover and solve the issue. She did a fantastic job on two occasions, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. She was incredible, and Tom Walker is my go-to now. I was thoroughly impressed with her fortitude, kindness, and professionalism.
We called Tom Walker Plumbing because the water in our condo was not getting hot, and they were able to come out to assess our problem within 30 minutes! Nicky was very professional and efficient, and she fixed our hot water heater very quickly. She didn't try to upsell us on a new water heater even though ours was more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend them because they are honest and trustworthy.
Tracy is great. He knows what he is doing, and has a sense of humor too. Sandy is great as well, and is always pleasant, helpful, and does her best to get someone to your house as soon as possible.
