5 stars really isn't enough. Frankie took his time to explain to me the process of attempting to recover the data on a bad hard drive. He spent weeks working on it and was unsuccessful but not his fault. My equipment failed.Frankie is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. Brought Frankie a new computer I had built that never booted up. Not a spinning fan or anything. I dropped it off and recieved multiple update calls telling me what was wrong, how he fixed it, and what he would do next. Turns out my power supply had gone bad. This all took place within 4 hours and now my computer is working perfectly on the same day i dropped it off. Frankie is great, offers fantastic pricing, and really went above and beyond.
