5 stars really isn't enough. Frankie took his time to explain to me the process of attempting to recover the data on a bad hard drive. He spent weeks working on it and was unsuccessful but not his fault. My equipment failed.Frankie is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. I seriously appreciate the effort he put in to getting my data recovered.I wouldn't hesitate to bring him anything to work on!Thank you Frankie

Brought Frankie a new computer I had built that never booted up. Not a spinning fan or anything. I dropped it off and recieved multiple update calls telling me what was wrong, how he fixed it, and what he would do next. Turns out my power supply had gone bad. This all took place within 4 hours and now my computer is working perfectly on the same day i dropped it off. Frankie is great, offers fantastic pricing, and really went above and beyond. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Just want to say I gave Frankie a huge mess to work with because I decided to try and do everything myself. Long story short Frankie worked his magic and got everything together perfectly. so if you are on the edge of whether or not you should take your pc into this place don't be he did wonders to my $4,000 setup that I thought I was just going to have to stow away till I figured something out. also the prices are great and definitely worth every penny for the work he does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
