This is the first time that I was at the salon and I had Nicole. She is a wonder, she understood exactly what I meant by curly hair and how to cut it. I did not feel like I was in In-N-Out person, she took the time with me looked at my pictures of my hair and figured out what was best for me. She and I will be at work in progress!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Natalie, where have you been all my life?!
Natalie is the GOAT. She saved me. I had just gotten a truly awful, lazy haircut somewhere else. It was supposed to be layered but they did a few snips and called it a day.. I was so upset. It took me like 2 months to finally muster the courage to go somewhere else to get it fixed bc I was so depressed and discouraged.

Thank you Natalie for being very kind and patient with me, not many times have I gotten my hair done and loved it but you absolutely nailed it! I appreciate that you took your time and really heard me out as far as the look I was trying to achieve.
