Waldhauer & Son, Inc.

Waldhauer & Son, Inc. has received mixed reviews from customers regarding their pool installation and services. Some clients appreciate the beautiful pool design and the enjoyable design process. However, there are significant concerns about the quality of workmanship and post-installation support. One customer reported issues with rust on the pool and noted that multiple contractors struggled to resolve the problem. The initial pool cleaning process was also criticized, as no one was present to care for the pool after it was filled. Additionally, problems with equipment compatibility, uneven tiling, and inadequate training during the pool school were highlighted. On the positive side, other customers praised Waldhauer & Son for their excellent work on pool deck pavers and tiles. They commended the team's professionalism, timeliness, and dedication, noting that the staff was friendly and hard-working. Many expressed satisfaction with the final results and mentioned they would recommend the company for their quality of service. Overall, while Waldhauer & Son, Inc. has delivered beautiful pools and excellent deck work, potential customers should be aware of the mixed experiences regarding installation quality and customer support after the project completion.
