As a florist and business owner, my body has gone through years of physical strain, stress, overwork, emotional burnout, and trauma stored deeply within my body. “Is your massage therapist a LMT & NMT? For over two years (arthritis, neck & L5-S1 problems), JoAnn Speranza has witnessed me heal. Most people do not understand how weekly massages helps keep you healthy and can promote faster healing for aging and injuries, when combined other contributors. I was told I could not get better, but only worse and the degeneration would eventually require surgery. This month I am being discharged from physical therapy at Mayo Clinic.
