I have their bi-annual maintenance contract as well. easy to get someone out, like I did today, when my unit froze up. it’s now running. Prices are not overboard, always willing to answer questions. could ask for a better business!

Technician was very professional and let us know what he was going to do and then serviced our HVAC system, cleaned all drain lines, cleaned the condenser coils, verified air flow, changed filter and checked electrical components. Great job for a great price.
