Jim was very amazing. He came out after hours for us instead of the next day but sent guys back to check on us the next day .My family want to say thankyou so much ...and we're still sorry the ants got on you..but you kept on working thankyou so much and the ac is still great
Air Pros succeeded where other local companies failed me.Several other companies completely misdiagnosed my A/C problem over the past 2 months. After spending crazy money for labor on unnecessary parts replacements with no results and still suffering without a fixed unit, Air Pros comes to rescue!!! Outstanding service, Saturday evening after 5:30pm my wife called me at work saying it is 97 degrees in the house. I called Air Pro on the way home from work. Jim( the owner) and his worker showed up a few moments after I arrived. Jim explained what the issue was and cost. I found to be reasonable, however we decided to spend a few thousand more and purchased a new A/C unit base on the age of our present unit. Jim went to his office to get a couple parts to get our present running until the new unit could be installed. They didn't leave our house until almost 11:00 pm. Great customer service.
