I went there today with my gf, and when I tell you, they sat us down and turned on the water and left us there for 30 minutes (Me) and my gf for more than 45 minutes. While there, I witnessed them do the same to two others. They had less patience than us, and they left the store mad. They should be more aware of their customers. I would rather sit in the front in the waiting area( for 30 minutes) than get things started for a pedi and make me wait there for another 30 minutes. To top it off, don't beg the people to not leave if they are mad. Yall need to hire more people. I will say Chi An was great ! Super nice lady.
