Jonathan and Rafael did a great job in stabilizing our 70,000 square-foot indoor mall. They worked after closing hours throughout the night so that normal business during the day was transacted. Ralf from Sinkhole Titan came out to look at the cracks in my foundation and walls. He explained that the issues were due to normal shifting not a sinkhole. He said that foundation stabilization would resolve the cracking and gave me some options. Thank you Ralf and Sinkhole Titan!!!
After receiving a referral from a dear friend of mine,Jonathan came to my home on a Saturday afternoon when he was supposed to be spending time with his family to evaluate the sinkhole in my yard. He assured me he could fix the problem. He realized how nervous I was as I am originally from the Northeast and not used to this type of situation. He told me he would look at his schedule and get back with me on Sunday. He texted me Sunday morning to let me know he would be arriving in Monday to fix the sinkhole.
