Loved everything but the lay out if kinda of intimidating. The treadmills are two close. Personally didn't like having a complete stranger with in arms distance. Normally I would introduce myself if someone is that close. But needless to say over all a beautiful gym. Thank you for having me

First time ever going to a planet fitness and I enjoyed my workout, went to check out the massage chairs but I didn’t fully understand how to go about it, front desk ladies were okay but couldn’t get out of their own conversation to help so I went to try and figure it out on my own. They sent one of the men that works there and he had a very snotty attitude, he said “this is something you should know if not you need to learn.” And instead of being helpful he had walked away, very unhelpful and rude behavior, hopefully he sees this and has a better and more understanding approach.

Friendly staff, they keep things clean but unfortunately poor maintenance on equipment and everything. There showers are never working and if they are no hot water. I went for two weeks straight thinking they would fix their stuff.....Nope
