Roger and his staff are exceptional! They really care about their clients and dogs. Roger has reached out to my brother and I to inform us that the food supply for my mom's dog was running low and offered to purchase dog food for her since we live 4 hours away. My mom has been in the hospital/rehab for a month and her dog Kelly is being cared for at Panacea Pet Resort. We are so grateful for his compassion towards our family. He has made Kelly's stay pleasurable which in turn has brought about some positive attributes in her personality making her a more trustworthy dog and not as skiddish. We were very pleased with the boarding at Panacea. All of the staff were very friendly with both us and our dog Ranger. I was a bit anxious as. it was the first time we had him boarded, but all was well. I especially appreciated receiving photos of him during his stay. We look forward to using Panacea's services again soon!
