Millennium Physician Group - Brooksville Primary-Care provides excellent and knowledgeable care. The doctors are courteous, explain things clearly, and truly show care and concern for patients' health and well-being. They are accommodating, offering same-day or late-night appointments when needed to address health issues. The entire staff, including those taking vitals and the phlebotomist, are amazing, kind, patient, professional, gentle, and reassuring. They help ease nerves and make the process feel welcoming, calm, and supportive. The practice is described as wonderful and beautiful, with a team that makes patients feel completely comfortable, heard, and positive about their care. The level of attention and compassion is very appreciated.
It's fine, I guess. Every single time I've been there, I feel so rushed and unheard, to the point of them looking at their watch in the middle of me talking about an issue, and then never following up with the results. Again, it's fine if you just need a primary, but it's not really a practice I'm ranting and raving about.
Not like the other stupid places, everything ran smoothly. It’s a doctors office even had blood work done while I was there. Every doctors office could learn from this place.
When I first went there Jessica was so nice and there for me. My doctor who I had in NJ and trusted for years retired. I needed someone to cry to and she was there for me. Thank you again 🤗❤️🤗..
