Every visit is pleasant. I never wait more than 2 minutes. Everyone is really nice, efficient, informative. Upon leaving, if you owe, all the paperwork is ready for you. You have time to ask questions and they have the answers. In emergencies, I’ve gotten in quickly. A great Dentist and Staff!
As always Dr. Phil along with the front desk Manager took me in within the hr for an emergency apt. I was scared and embarrassed. Dr. Phil is truly a Saint and without judgment took a bad tooth out that was causing me severe pain. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Phil!
I was going to Heinecke for years. My sister talked me into seeing another dentist. One of Worse mistake in my life. I called Heinecke and they saw me. I trust Dr. Heinecke he is not out to hurt you or do work you don't need. Thank you so much!!!!
