New to Florida and all the pests that come with it, Massey Services specifically Alan Nieves and Doug Miller have been spectacular to work with. Not only were they informative and knowledgeable of the why and how these pest issues happen here BUT they went above and beyond to take care of us with a few issues we encountered in our new home. I appreciate customer service and kindness to be a true reflection of character and good representation of a company that believe in shared values. I highly recommend Massey and you are lucky enough to have Doug as the inspe CT or and Alan as the service tech you have hit the jackpot! Thank you to both of you.
I want to compliment Lawrence in the good job he is doing. He comes out to inspect any concerns or problems you have and resolves issues very quickly. He came out today to inspect the termite bait stations and I appreciate his taking the initiative to check everything without me having to call and request an inspection

On 9/20/24, Laurence came to my home to inspect my termite bait traps. He was the nicest man ever. He replaced my broken one and added others as well. He answered all of my questions about this system which I appreciated
Last week Chris came to do my lawn service. He is always patient with me and listened to my concerns and addressed them. Again another wonderful professional.
Lastly. there is Ruth in the office who I am sure has her hands full too. She is equally as nice.
