Received my Kia Optima key today. I was a little skeptical at first because normally when you go to these little kiosks's they never work, I am extremely happy,saved me a lot of money than what they would have charged at the dealer.

It was very easy to make keys! At first look, the key didn't look like the original I was getting duplicated, so I texted for help. However, upon trying the key it WORKED, so I let them know. I was very impressed that I had received a prompt personalized text message back when I asked for help. Great customer service. (Oh, the three keys all worked and getting them made was effortless.)

I was hesitant to get keys made here, but it was convenient since I was shopping at Walmart and said,"let me try it". Very easy to follow screen instructions too. Just one minor thing I didn't like, you have to give your email for receipts. No paper receipts can be issued. Prices are not too bad either. Hurray for whoever invented this machine!!
